Maria Antonia is a beautiful, completely detached villa (Important
Note) and enjoys magnificent views of
the island of Comino, the blue lagoon, open sew views and country views.
It consists of 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, two of which are ensuite
and sleeps 6-8 persons. The kitchen is very well equipped. The dining area
and living room complete with cable TV are very large. This villa
overlookbeautiful mature gardens. There are large terraces where you can
enjoy the wonderful views stretching to the main island of Malta. A large
private Pool measuring 30 feet by 15 feet
and jacuzzi/spa surrounded with tranquil garden setting and a very sizeable
deck area for long hours of sunbathing and relaxation and a lovely barbecue
area. All rooms are located on one floor. Weekly maid service and linen
change are provided. Airport transfers to and from Villa and car or jeep
rental is also available.

Note: This villa consists of 2 floors.
The first floor is occupied by the owner, his wife and 2 grown children.
They have no access to the ground floor of the villa which is normally
rented out. You will have your own separate entrance. The pool, jacuzzi,
very large BBQ area, garden, will all be exclusively yours to use. You
won't be bothered in any way. Only the gardener, maid and pool man will
be visiting once a week.
