Karminel is a lovely old farmhouse located in a very quiet and convenient
area of Kercem. Original and authentic features are everywhere, the large
beautiful front and back courtyards, patterned old tiles in every room
and arched ceilings. The lovely, large front courtyard greets you as you
walk in. A ground floor double bedroom and bathroom are to the left and
and next to it there is a gorgeous arched living room. An inside
staircase from the living room goes up to the first floor. The kitchen
and dining room are located at the back of the house next to the large
back courtyard where the 23 feet by 14 feet
pool and BBQ area are located. There is also an outside staircase which
goes up to the first floor where the other 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 single)
and 2 bathrooms are located. On the first floor here is also a very large
terrace and a sunny reading/sitting room.All bookings
