Villa Ta' Pam is a brand new luxury villa located in a very quiet area, off the street in the village of Nadur. It spreads over 3 floors. The very well equipped  designer,  solid oak kitchen with granite top and dining room are located at the far end on the living room and also has access to the ouside through a large arched door. The outside is very very large, appximately 250 feet deep by 100 feet wide. The outside area is so large that there is also a garden, several rock gardens, fish pond, a very large outside dining and BBQ area and lovely country and sea views. A granite staircase leads to the first floor where you'll find 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one of them ensuite. The second floor is also accessed by a granite staircase and the fifth bedroom consisting of 3 single beds is found with a large ensuite shower room. There is a very large terrace which overlooks the pool area and enjoys open country and sea views. This villa is completely furnished in expensive designer furniture.
