Hello Joseph,
Thank you very much for all your
assistance - we had a wonderful holiday in Gozo and really
appreciated your help. Flight home was great but we are all very tired
today - Tim has to travel to London on business tommorrow and I am back
to work also. The kids are on summer holiday so will have the opportunity
to sleep as long as they want in the morning!!! The weather at home
is typical - cold and wet - we are suffering and appreciate all the more
our time in the warmth of Gozo in our beautiful farmhouse with friendly
people around us.

Thank you for your kind email,
we have never been disappointed with our holiday, the family and I say
it was the best organised holiday we have ever had, everything has gone
very smoothly, from leaving home to returning home, the flights have also
been excellent, however, the children where very tired, (so was I), thank
you Joseph for such a wonderful time, we have already been recommending
you and Gozo, to our friends. We arrived back at 3.00am, to cold weather,
and as I type, it is pouring with rain, (no suprise there), thanks
again Joseph and I hope we will meet again one day.

Joseph,
Thank you for your e-mail, we
all arrived safely home, and it has been quite hectic with getting back
to work and the children back at school. Thank you very much for looking
after us on our holiday, it was a real treat. We are all, already missing
Gozo and wish we were back sitting at the villa in the sun shine and the
children in the pool. Find attached a photo of us. Thanks once again to
you & Ray for organising everything and taking such good care
of us, I can still hardly believe that from just one e-mail, all
of our holiday was arranged - the Villa, Jeep and everything it was just
perfect.
We hope to see you soon and thank
you. It was the best holiday we have ever had.

We're all back home safe and
sound but for Mick, Prue and Jesse who do not get back to Melbourne until
Wed @ 1000, Malta time. We were all delighted with the arrangements,
not a single hitch: absolutely super! Best holiday on Gozo so far
and so say all of us. By the way, Gharb wasn't bad after all.
I have all your details for future ref and to pass on to friends,
etc.

Hi Joseph,
Thanks, the helicopter was great
and we all enjoyed it. Our flight to Manchester was delayed 50 mins
but we managed to check in early enough to get good seats. We had a wonderful
holiday. The accommodation was excellent and being our first venture
away from a private villa for a number of years, our reservations about
losing our own space were quickly dismissed. Birbuba gave us the
combination of our own space with the opportunity to mix with others when
we wanted. We also liked the fact that there weren't things like
bars and kids' clubs on the complex - it was just so peaceful. However,
we all agree that what made the holiday extra special was the personal
input from yourself and Ray. The trouble you both took to ensure
that we had a good holiday was really appreciated. We weren't
shepherded onto a waiting coach at the airport by some young inexperienced
tour rep with a clip board and about 40 other tourists and we didn't have
to stand in line at reception to get some
of your time to answer questions!!! You always came to us and gave
us some personal time without it being intrusive. We can't thank you enough
- you have restored our faith in humanity and converted us to booking holidays
direct.
We will most certainly come back
to Gozo and will recommend you to friends and colleagues.

We arrived home safe and sound,
all be it to some rain! In past holidays, there always
seemed to be some sort of problem, or something we were not quite happy
with. However, we couldn't fault our holiday with you in Gozo.
You have a beautiful Country with lovely, friendly people, our accommodation
was the best we have ever stayed at.
It all seems a long way away
from the turmoil here in the UK, but we have
very nice memories of our stay
in Gozo and we both agreed, it was probably the best holiday we have experienced.
Thank you for looking after us
during our stay, it was sad to leave yesterday, but all good things come
to an end don't they.
We will return and when we decide
to, you will be the first to know!

you, this is the first opportunity I have had since returning from you
beautiful island.

our holiday, the villa was just superb and we had the best holiday ever.

The tan is fading fast but the
memory of a fantastic holiday is lasting longer thankfully.

I'm sorry it's taken me so long
to get in touch, but you would not believe how busy we've been since we
got back from Gozo. I had about 300 emails to answer! Then we all got a
horrible cold! All I really wanted to say was that we all had such
a wonderful holiday, managing to relax properly for the first time in ages.
I guess that's why its been such a culture shock getting back on to the
treadmill. You couldn't have done more for us and we felt as though we
made some great friends. I've already passed your name on to lots of people
who asked about my holiday. The farmhouse was everything we wanted - especially
the pool! I'm sitting here thinking about the sunshine and the blue
sea and the wine and the food and the .... and the .... seems like a million
miles away. I hope you and yours are well and still smiling, you're a lucky
chap working on that beautiful island!

Joseph - we all had a simply
splendid time at Santa Katerina. It was a lovely house, with a very welcoming
atmosphere, and the whole holiday was made such a pleasure by the fact
that you have been so wonderfully helpful, efficient, patient (!) and generally
nice throughout the whole procedure! I feel greatly restored after a couple
of weeks on wonderful Gozo; it really is one of the most special
places on earth.
I'll definitely be back in touch
next year - if you can bear to go through all the changing demands, dates,
etc etc all over again!

I am so sorry that I have not
e-mailed you with a thank you for the most wonderful holiday that we had.
This is not because we were not grateful, on the contary the service that
you and your company provided was of the highest standard. As you know
I had never booked anything before over the internet so I was a little
bit worried, however my fears were not to be justified.
